Visited with our 11 month old baby and used the “Babies only” area but was unfortunately overrun by young children using the ball pit. The staff were completely unfazed by it. It didn’t feel safe for our little one with all the kids running about to decided to leave.

We went just to go to the cafe, for lunch when we were visiting the neighbouring zoo. The food reflected the prices and was just the average cheapness. Staff were nice. However, since it is a soft play alot of children screaming, which isn’t associated to the staff or cafe itself but if you have an autistic sibling, as I do two. They were quite triggered by the noice. So just keep that in mind if you have a special child.
