Very disappointed as we arrived this morning to find it closed. No notice to tell you anything.

Just back from this softplay and wanted to come and write a review as the staff are really so nice and accommodating. We have been before and enjoyed it but today my son who is autistic got very overwhelmed straight away. There were a lot of staff working and they are very proactive interacting with the kids. Someone came over to see if we were ok and if I needed anything. Because we left so quickly, the girls at the desk gave me a refund too which wasn’t expected but very much appreciated. Great big softplay, lovely food and the staff just really make this place for me. Great job guys 👏
