Amazing experience my son has adhd and is very highper he ended up climbing out of a soft play that was made for small kids while I had taken my 3 year old to the bathroom and the women from the soft play was amazing and brilliant I couldnt remeber the ladys name but I know she had an adhd badge on her and honestly we felt safe and included after a while of alot of exclusions so I would definitely recommend this place and there lovely and understanding

Absolutely terrible experience for my daughter’s 9th birthday party. The event was completely disorganised from the start—no staff support on arrival, no check-in, and we were left to manage 17 children ourselves. The party schedule we were promised was not followed, and communication was poor throughout. Food was brought out while the kids were still climbing, so by the time they got to it, everything was cold, and items were missing. Staff then suggested reheating it, which was impractical with a room full of waiting children. To make matters worse, staff were rude and rushed us out early, shouting at children to leave the soft play despite us being told we had more time. The manager was dismissive and unhelpful when we raised concerns. We were left trying to gather children outside in the rain and didn’t even have time to hand out party bags. Completely unacceptable experience and very disappointing on what should have been a special day.

My partner and I went to the clip and climb wall today. It was a lot of fun and also so scary as someone who has never climbed before but the staff really help you out and talk you through it! I have a fear of falling but Bridgetta was so patient and supportive and helped me out a lot to climb up and jump off the wall. I would recommend this for adults who isn’t familiar with climbing and would like to try it out!
