We had a fantastic visit to Jurassic Jungle Soft Play! The whole place was clean, well-organised, and perfect for keeping the kids entertained for hours. What really stood out was the staff, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They made the experience feel welcoming and safe, which is so important when you’re there with little ones. The food was also a pleasant surprise. Everything was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced, with good options for both kids and adults. It’s nice to be able to relax with a decent meal while the children play. Overall, a brilliant spot for a family day out. We’ll definitely be back!

I booked a birthday party for my son from 2–4pm and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The party did not even start on time. It only began after 3pm, despite me having to repeatedly go to staff to remind them that I had booked a party. There was also no proper seating available for us and our guests, as the designated party area was occupied by other customers who were not part of our booking. Despite starting late, we were still rushed out at the end and even told we would be charged extra if we stayed any longer. Several things we paid for were either not delivered properly or skipped. The staff tried to skip planned games, and when I raised this, I was told the games had already been done without all the children participating. Food and drinks were not handled properly. I paid for specific drinks (Fruit Shoot), but staff tried to substitute them without asking. The children were rushed and didn’t even get time to finish their food. Most upsetting of all, my son did not even get the chance to cut his own birthday cake or take pictures or videos. The cake was cut and handed out by staff without giving us that moment, which is a very important part of a child’s birthday. Overall, the party felt rushed, disorganised, and not what was paid for. As a parent organising a special day, this was extremely stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend booking a party here based on this experience.
