My little one loves it here.

Mixed feelings. Second time over there, first was via other kids birthday and this time a voluntary visit. Our young kids had a good time and this is positive. However, the prices are higher that the actual amenities when comparing with other softplays, the café drinks quality is low, the staff is hit or miss, and the hand sanitizer dispensers are empty (would have thought their margins allow for refills...). No booking possible and cash only. Parking fills up quickly at peak times.

Lots of disturbing stuff happened. Not the experience I was expecting at all. Please get more staff to sort out arguing and fighting.
